Dunce Dividend Thanks to the DOJ

Daily Caller

The Maryland Department of State Police (MDSP) has committed to shell out more than $2 million in back pay to black and female applicants who could not pass state trooper tests as part of a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

MDSP reached a $2.75 million settlement with the DOJ following claims that the MDSP hiring process violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, according to a Wednesday press release from the DOJ. MDSP requires that state trooper candidates successfully complete both written and physical tests, which the DOJ alleged “discriminate” against the black and female candidates who could not pass them. 1. “So, the DOJ is saying black people are stupider than white people.”

No, actually they’re saying that black people AND women are stupider than white men.

  2. I was in DC with the wife, toured the mall some (again). I noted numerous enormously obese, I mean ENORMOUSLY OBESE negroid men and women in federal guard uniform, armed and waddling around. One woman was maybe five foot two, running an easy three hundredweight, I thought, that wouldn’t physically engage anyone, all it could do is pull out the pistol and start slinging lead. Dangerous , that, certainly not equitable toward the innocent bystanders.
