What? They can’t do the stuff that sent them to hospital/jail in the first place? Damn, they’re strict!
The inmates can’t believe anyone is crazy enough to take away their electronic devices.
The prisoner/patient is an unchanged monster. I think this is a good argument for life in some sort of lockup.
