Breitbart: Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), a leading 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate, says transgender border crossers and illegal aliens “must” be released into the United States.
Warren, with Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where she demands that transgender border crossers and illegal aliens be released into the U.S. rather than being held in Mexico under President Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy.
“While in detention, transgender migrants and asylum seekers are particularly vulnerable to sexual harassment, discrimination, and abuse,” Warren writes in the letter. “The United States should protect individuals fleeing persecution and targeted violence, including persecution based on gender identity or expression — not subject them to further harm.” read more
These people really need a sounding board before they say stuff like this, it only hurts them.
If her wish is approved look for a 10 fold increase in the number of illegals claiming they are transgendered. Can this woman be any more idiotic?

An immigration judge must grant withholding of removal if the applicant is found to have a “clear probability of persecution in his or her country of origin, based on race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion,”
Asylum for trans is submitted under “membership in a particular social group.”
In other words, anyone and everyone can qualify as long as it can be proved there is at least a 10% chance of persecution.
The court’s decision is explicit that laws recognizing same-sex marriage do little to protect a transgender woman from discrimination, harassment and violent attacks in daily life in Mexico. The court also recognized that paradoxically, the passage of laws protecting the LGBT community in Mexico has actually worsened conditions for the LGBT community as the public and authorities react to expressions of sexual
orientation and gender identity that the culture fears.
If that’s the case, why aren’t they protesting to end same-sex marriage?

“Released.” Is that her native Native American word for, “hung?” 😕
She fraudulently claimed to be an Indian, which created an opportunity for her to take advantage of affirmative action programs, at the same time robbing a real minority person of their chance of screwing over a person that deserved an opportunity as a result of genuine achievements in their life. And to think there are democrats that want her to be president?
