Everyone’s Ignoring That Our Founding Fathers Wrote How To Fix The 2020 Election

The DC Patriot – There are a lot of conservatives that talk a big game. However, there’s rarely any action. Congressional Candidate Josh Barnett and David Jose break that mold, leading the charge to force the Arizona Audit and protecting businesses from the tyrannical lockdown mandates. They are doers, not just talkers, which sets them apart from the rest of the politicians and conservative commentators.

The article continues to discuss what these two men have done and then dives into what the Founding Fathers had to say about a government that doesn’t follow the Constitution. I’d like to point out something further in the article:

Whenever ANY government is “inadequate” and not fulfilling its purpose, “a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it.”

There are many people who are claiming that nothing can be done about the 2020 election because there is no precedent. I’ve replied many times that because something hasn’t been done before doesn’t mean we can’t. So, read this again: We have a “right to reform, alter, or abolish it.” There. That’s our precedent.

Read it HERE.

  1. I despise the term ‘precedent’. It prevents action and I especially hate the term ‘established precedent’.

Let’s start with ‘established precedent’. The left is claiming that Roe v. Wade is established precedent. Abortion cannot be challenged because it is established precedent decided by men in black robes in 1973.

Dred Scott case 1857 set a precedent. African Americans aren’t citizens and cannot sue for rights at the federal level. Also, states were able to declare themselves to be slave states.

Plessy v Ferguson set a precedent of ‘separate but equal’. Racial segregation was constitutional.

Stop with the ‘precedent’ argument already.

  2. This: “Think about it… our founders gave us the remedy for a fraudulent and out-of-control government. The answer is us.”

And for the Eeyores- Don’t knock what you haven’t bothered doing yourself.

  3. Of course, if established precedent is important to you, we can always bring back slavery and segregation. If you like bad decisions of the past then we can keep abortion, slavery and racial segregation.
Yours is a ridiculous argument and you look like fools.

  4. The illegality of abortion was the “precedent” for over 200 years until overturned.
    They invoke “precedent” when convenient.
They are disingenuous. They are liars. They are hypocrites.

    Jeff, you ignorant twit!

The majority are, functionally, idiots. Always. And half are idiots, at best. Always.

    That’s why we’re, all!, here.

  6. Unfortunately, the FFs did not plan for spineless and traitor republicans to live in fear while evil communists pack the courts with other evil communists for the purpose of allowing voter fraud. Which is exactly what happened in 2020. In 2024 you are going to see democrat voter fraud on steroids.
