The Federal Aviation Administration on Tuesday said it plans to fine SpaceX for regulatory violations.
The FAA proposed to fine the company more than $630,000, saying it failed to comply with regulations during two launches in 2023.
SpaceX on June 18, 2023, used an unapproved launch control room for the PSN Satria mission and did not conduct the required hour poll, the FAA said. On July 28, 2023, the agency used an unapproved rocket propellant farm for the EchoStar XXIV/Jupiter mission. More
The FAA is just another bureaucracy that has lost it’s way.
Terrible the hoops we have to jump thru as Pilots in order to keep flying. 52 Years of flight experience
The Biden admin hates Elon. They had a deal with Starlink to provide internet connection for some underprivileged group. They just canceled the deal with Elon and went to another provider and it’s going to cost the tax payer an arm and a leg more. If I can find the story I’ll link it. Total bull shit.
Damn Muzzies.
Jealous much?
Soooo, what has NASA done wrong and how much were they fined… hmmmmmmmmm?
Musk should just go buy a country somewhere and tell the partizan hacks here to shove it. They need Elon but they can’t help themselves.
They are petulant tyrants like all government agencies, but Musk is in the crosshairs.
FAA bureaucracy is jealous of other agencies getting attention and wielding power.
It’s just a shakedown. Because they can.
Fire the useless incompetents at the FAA. Replace the few that are needed, with mature, reliable, and motivated people. They got time to whine, they got time to learn how to code.
Apparently, the FAA wants those two astronauts to die on the ISS. Because they’re going after anyone who can get them off that junk heap.
Watched an interview with a former astronaut, and he was having a hard time not showing his absolute jealousy and petulance toward Elon’s success.
It was not a pretty sight.
The US government is no longer the US government. It’s a enterprise of organized crime.
If Elon had just endorsed Kommie-la, then he’d probably be on his seventh test flight by now.
Elon spacing out should be a concern. Fits right in to a to those types who live for grandeur & disillusion. The wack-a-mole creates his own problems, no outside help is necessary.
FAA to Spacex..
That’s a nice giant rocket ship you’ve got there, it’d be a shame if anything happened to it.
“FAA Acting Like a Bunch of Petulant Tyrants”
…thats not acting.
