Family of Bullied Chick-fil-A Worker Sues Over Video Posted by Steelers Star Sean Davis

Breitbart: The family of a teenager who Pittsburgh Steelers star Sean Davis filmed working at a Chik-fil-A and then ridiculed on social media, is suing the player because they say the boy was bullied at school due to the posts.

The 24-year-old Steeler took the video of the youngster working with his family at the fast food restaurant’s drive-thru in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Davis was apparently upset that his order took too long to arrive, and posted the video of the worker to ridicule the outlet’s wait time.

“Chick-fil-A got little kids. This kid like eight years old. No wonder the lines be so long at Chick-fil-A,” Davis said on the video, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported.

The lawsuit claims Davis libeled the boy and also charges cyberbullying, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and slander. The family says that Davis posted his video to Snapchat on either Dec. 11 or Dec. 13.

The family also accused the player of misrepresenting the worker’s age. The lawsuit claims that their son is “very small for his age, regarding his small stature and youthful appearance.”

The family further alleges that the video “incorporated an emoji of a face laughing until tears were flowing out of its eyes, representing how funny looking he thought minor-plaintiff was.”  MORE

  1. Yeah, he didn’t single the young man out at all–what a load of b.s.

Sean Davis needs to go back to school to be able to write a coherent sentence. The “lines be so long” because Chick-Fil-A has a great product.

  2. When one is special, you shouldn’t have to wait in line to be served food, the food should come before everyone else and be served on a silver platter.

Sean Davis should be flagged for “unnecessary” roughness, hitting the youth after the play.

  3. I’m a little confused, he thought he was making fun of someone who he thought was younger than they actually were? Pretty sure he has taken a hit to the head one too many times.
What a big brave foolball player. Perhaps his fall back is rocket sturgeon.
Hope he is now going to pay for the young mans college, maybe a private high school, he won’t have to work at the family store anymore for spending money.

  4. The flowing use of the Queen’s English in the Tweet clearly shows that Davis “be like” the valedictorian of his class of whatever institution of higher learning he sat his ass in.
My guess if academic prowess were a factor for his attendance, he’d have a hard time getting into Pig’s Knuckle Community College, even if he offered to bring his own chair to sit in.

  5. Seems the baller also suffers the need to constantly update his ‘social media’ presence while driving.

Well, you damn sure got paid attention to this time, eh, asshole?

  6. WTF is he doin’ at Chick-Fil-A anyway, shouldn’t he be looking for a Popeye’s or a Chruch’s?

That’s just typical behavior of these uneducated overpaid thug assholes, and why a lot normal people are telling the NFL to piss off!

  7. If MY old boss at the BBQ joint I worked out when I was in hi skrule, got a report that my service was slow, he’d of probably given me a good swift kick in the ass… if not fired me!

Now kids get to sue, if you call their goofing off and lackadaisical attitude towards work, “slow.” 🙄 🙄 🙄

  8. The NFHell has nearly reached their destination. Good riddance. Now, same for the NBA with their black national anthem.. My life has never been improved by either sport or alleged “entertainment”.
