Family of unwilling donor of cells sue pharmaceutical companies for theft

Just The News: The family of Henrietta Lacks—the Virginia woman whose “immortal” cells continue to be used in medical research seven decades after they were taken from her—is suing pharmaceutical companies for what the family claims is the theft of those cells.

  1. They (hospital) need to produce a signed release form for using those materials. Also, shit like this is why we have planned parenthood baby-parts mills, and Fauci profiting for the drugs he pushes-

  2. I know this story well and some of those involved. In 1951 nothing existed to prevent this sort of thing, it was not considered unethical. The hospital probably gave this woman health care for free. I hope the hospital sues the family for the care they gave her plus interest, and adjusted for inflation. Like most blacks, this family are parasites .
