FBI Reports Stating That Hillary Might Have Hectored Vince Foster Into Suicide Have Gone Missing From National Archives

Documents describing Hillary Clinton’s role in the death of White House counsel Vince Foster have vanished, Daily Mail Online has learned after an extensive investigation.

Days before his death, then First Lady ridiculed him mercilessly in front of his peers, say former FBI agents and detailed it in their report.

On two separate occasions, this author (Ronald Kessler) visited the National Archives and Records Service in College Park, Md., to review the reports generated by FBI agents assigned to investigate the 1993 death of Bill Clinton’s deputy White House counsel.

On the first visit, archivist David Paynter provided the box of records that he said contained the FBI reports of interviews conducted by FBI agents on Foster’s death.

On a second visit, archivist James Mathis provided what he said were those same documents.

While the box contained dozens of FBI reports concerning Foster’s death – including interviews with the medical examiner, U.S. Park Police officers, and White House aides about the contents of Foster’s office –  the reports on Hillary Clinton’s role in his death were absent.

This is not the first time documents related to the Clintons have apparently vanished from the National Archive.

In March 2009, the archives found that an external hard drive from the Bill Clinton White House containing confidential documents was missing.

In interviewing Clinton White House aides and Foster’s friends and family, the FBI found that a week before Foster’s death, Hillary held a meeting at the White House with Foster and other top aides to discuss her proposed health care legislation.

Hillary angrily disagreed with a legal objection Foster raised at the meeting and ridiculed him in front of his peers, former FBI agent Coy Copeland and former FBI supervisory agent Jim Clemente told me. Copeland was Starr’s senior investigator and read the reports of other agents working for Starr.

During the White House meeting, Hillary continued to humiliate Foster mercilessly, according to both former FBI agents, who spoke about the investigation for the first time to Daily Mail Online.

‘Hillary put him down really, really bad in a pretty good-size meeting,’ Copeland says. ‘She told him he didn’t get the picture, and he would always be a little hick town lawyer who was obviously not ready for the big time.’

Indeed, Hillary went so far as to blame Foster for all the Clintons’ problems and to accuse him of failing them, according to Clemente, who was also assigned by the FBI to the Starr investigation and who probed the circumstances surrounding Foster’s suicide.

‘Foster was profoundly depressed, but Hillary lambasting him was the final straw because she publicly embarrassed him in front of others,’ says Clemente.

‘Hillary blamed him for failed nominations, claimed he had not vetted them properly, and said in front of his White House colleagues, ‘You’re not protecting us’ and ‘You have failed us,’ Clemente says. ‘That was the final blow.’

After the White House meeting, Foster’s behavior changed dramatically, the FBI agents found. Those who knew him said his voice sounded strained, he became withdrawn and preoccupied, and his sense of humor vanished. At times, Foster teared up. He talked of feeling trapped.

The original “Sloppy”

According to reports from the Inspector General of the National Archives and the staff of the House of Representatives’ Government Operations Committee, Mr. Berger, while acting as former President Clinton’s designated representative to the commission investigating the attacks of September 11, 2001, illegally took confidential documents from the Archives on more than one occasion. He folded documents in his clothes, snuck them out of the Archives building, and stashed them under a construction trailer nearby until he could return, retrieve them, and later cut them up. After he was caught, he lied to the investigators and tried to shift blame to Archive employees.

Contrary to his initial denials and later excuses, Berger clearly intended from the outset to remove sensitive material from the Archives. He used the pretext of making and receiving private phone calls to get time alone with confidential material, although rules governing access dictated that someone from the Archives staff must be present. He took bathroom breaks every half-hour to provide further opportunity to remove and conceal documents.

Before this information was released, the Justice Department, accepting his explanation of innocent and accidental removal of the documents, allowed Berger to enter a plea to the misdemeanor charge of unauthorized removal and retention of classified material – no prison time, no loss of his bar license. The series of actions that the Archives and House investigations detail, however, are entirely at odds with protestations of innocence. Nothing about his actions was accidental. Nothing was casual. And nothing was normal.

What could have been important enough for Berger to take the risks he did? What could have been important enough for a lawyer of his distinction to risk disgrace, disbarment, and prison?

To paraphrase the questions asked of Richard Nixon by members of his own Party, what did he take and why did he take it?

  1. Kinda OT but not, really.

My cousin works for a food service company that is contracted by her local school. They got a notice a few weeks ago that they were being released from the contract when it expired in a week and going with another company. No reason given.

My cousin’s company tried to meet with the school board to find out why and they finally got a meeting the day of the school board meeting when they were going to finalize the change.

I told my cousin that I believed someone on the board is being paid by the new company to get them in OR the new company is owned by a friend or relative.

She poo-pooed my statement as conspiracy theory nonsense. I told her it was because of the activities of the Obama administration – I no longer trust that ANYTHING government does is honest. Obama made me a conspiracy theorist.

Update on the new food service company: the head of the school board’s sister owns the company. And they got the contract for more money than the old company.

    I hate corruption.

  2. In my reveries the best punishment for all these crooks is to make them work minimum wage tying bar for the southern border wall. 39 hours/week, a time clock, rigid break times, no cell phones and no benefits.

  3. Kids today, the ones old enough to vote, need to know about the history of rape, sexual harassment and general misogynist behavior of both of them. It is such important onformation Hillary will dismiss it as “old news”

“Hey man, that was like more than like three years ago”.

  4. Claudia, sorry to hear that. It sucks big time, not just for your cousin and her co-workers, but for all the taxpayers of the school district who are now paying more money, unnecessarily.

Has Cuz been able to find a new job? Or was the company able to redeploy her in another job/location?

  5. Trying to make it look like Vince Foster offed himself over hurt feelings from Cankles? REALLY??? I would say a closer honest medical examiner investigation would question death by suicide with those 4 9mm shots in the back of his skull. Killary has been doing this from the Alinsky days. I see Trump called for an Independent Counsel to investigate her high ho iness Cankles da First. Just make sure whoever sits on that has no ties to Cankles or Slick Sickwillie. Their tentacles reach deep into the DC turf. Then open the doors to all her murders for the last 36 years. Maybe then, even Slick Sickwillie will decide enough payback for covering up my whoring..you are on your own, Hilly.

  6. And once the investigations are started, freeze all assets of the Clintoons, including their offshore secret accounts, Foundations, ad nauseum, and watch the Ho of Benghazi rip off her wig and hang herself with it.

  7. @greetingsfromyonkers, she is still looking. I think she will soon move out of the state she’s living in – deep blue liberal nightmare. I also think she is looking for a company that does not have unions!

  8. Thus the need to back up everything. Back up the back ups. The Memory Hole in our current administration/media/academia is already running at full blast destroying the past. Heh. Seriously though. Start memorizing the new math where reality is whatever we say it is, or O’Bama will put your head in a cage with some democ-rats. No objectivity. No truth. We’ve always been at war with those guys.

  9. Hillary says, “… he would always be a little hick town lawyer who was obviously not ready for the big time.”

He’s from the same fccking town as Bill– Hope, Ark.

And “big time” must mean lying your ass off and stealing everything you can get your corrupt claws on.

Hillary is an infected Chicago pig turd.
