Undercover police officers admitted they were given stand-down orders and watched as hundreds of Trump supporters were beaten and brutalized {See Here} A lawsuit was filed against the city of San Jose {See Here} and the officials who coordinated the planned response. The most beautiful thing about this- San Jose’s insurance won’t cover them if San Jose’s is proven to be allowing this to happen. Insurance is for accidents not unlawful premeditated acts.

The taxpayers of San Jose should not be held liable. Why should they pay for the actions of their city leader’s decisions?
These were unlawful actions of the Mayor and Chief of Police; they as individuals (not as officials of the city) must be held accountable.
