I had a problem with my tax software this year and somehow managed to under pay 46 dollars. Not at all on purpose, pure transfer error. I got a letter a month later with the 46 dollars plus penalty and interest totaling 37 cents *haha* demanding I pay immediately to avoid further action. That is your two tiered justice system.
