In 1992 Russ Feingold (WI-D) pledged to raise the majority of his campaign funds from Wisconsin residents.
The National Journal has discovered that former Senator Feingold managed only 43 percent of in-state contributions in his effort to return to the Senate.
Feingold had managed to keep the pledge in three previous reelection bids.
He wants back in so badly he’s ready to toss his own legacy.
Anyone who collaborates with mccain can’t be all good. lol
As a Wisconsin resident I have to say Feingold is a schmuck.
