Feminists Smacked With Bracing Reality – Gender Blind Hiring Leads To More Men Being Hired

That’s all feminists wanted, right? They wanted an even playing field. (I’m being intentionally naive here.)

Researchers in Australia found that when they removed the gender from applications, something that the know-it-alls believed would lead to more women being hired, the opposite happened. Women were left in the dust.

Uhh, either women don’t know how to write resumes, or men just seem to have more impressive experience.

Next up, reeducation for all, we must not be so impressed with stuff that… seems impressive.

Men volunteer for emergency services, go in the armed forces, own companies, climb the ladder from basement to penthouse by putting in more hours etc..

These things should be overlooked in lieu of a 4 year degree in womyn’s studies while organizing an AIDS quilting bee, or some other SJW bull$hit campaign.

Companies don’t care about that crap.

  1. If I owned a company, I’d be careful about hiring women. I know them.

Not that every woman is like the majority of women I have worked for and with; but so there.

Five of the six women I had lunch with a few days ago were complaining about the company wanting them to work overtime (not mandatory). They were having hissy fits. Yes, all five were under 30. The other woman and I looked at each other (we are the same generation) and smiled. Snowflakes!

  2. Hiring? Look at cars in the visitors parking area. Bumper stickers tell a lot.
I would not dismiss an applicant based on gender, but I sure the hell would if I could determine their political leanings. COEXIST is an automatic disqualifier. This person will be a problem regardless of their genitalia.

  3. Not surprising. H L Mencken in the 1920s famously said “90% of everything is crap”.

My wife watched her industry (news) go from male dominated to female dominated.
All her worst bosses/coworkers/subordinates were women. Drama, adolescent games and hissy fits, paired with persistent incompetence.
She much preferred male coworkers. Still does.

  4. I worked with mostly men in theatre, film and video production. Great times!

When I had to work with women, or a woman ‘boss’, I usually ended up getting fired. Though my work as an artist was beyond excellent, I just had a very difficult time dealing with illogical, petty, untalented, bitchy, insecure control freaks!!!
