Democratic Representative Jamaal Bowman was ousted in a fiercely contested primary on Tuesday, making history as the first progressive member from “the Squad” to lose her seat. Amid severe party tensions over the Gaza conflict, pro-Israel moderate George Latimer beat Bowman in the 16th District primary in New York.
It shouldn’t have gone that far. He should have been impeached and jailed.
