Police and school officials are investigating two students after they posed for a picture standing on the American flag, and posted the image to social media.
The photo, which shows a male student standing on the flag and a female student beside him flipping the middle finger and sticking out her tongue, appears to have been taken inside a Richland Township high school,WJAC reports.
The image was posted to Facebook Saturday, and the district superintendent and district solicitor responded in a Facebook post on Sunday.
“The Richland School District has become aware of this unfortunate and unpatriotic picture posed by some of its students. This type of picture does not represent the opinion of the District or of its overall student population,” the post read. “The District promises a timely and thorough review of this incident and will implement appropriate legal discipline.
I am sure the youthful Africans starring in the story would feel much more comfortable living in an African country of their choice. They should be the first recipients of a benevolent act of repatriation!

Why is there never any mention about what the lives of these two would be like if they grew up in their ‘homeland’ in Africa.
Would it be asking a teensy weensy bit too much to ask that these anti-American scumholes be EXPELLED immediately?

Kinda ironic, standing on the very symbol that represents the freedom they have to do such a thing. For an encore, I think they should travel to Iran and show the Iranians how clever they are by standing on their flag. I’d even be willing to chip in on the cost of the air fare. Oh, and the popcorn, too. Ya gotta have popcorn…

They’re only emulating their leader, Bill Ayers, who is hugely responsible for the horrible mess education is in.
The educational agenda “channels Ayers’ educational philosophy “which called for infusing students and their parents with a radical political commitment, and which downplayed achievement tests in favor of activism.” Ayers wrote that teachers should act as community organizers whose focus is provoking resistance to American racism and oppression.
“I’m a radical, Leftist, small ‘c’ communist,” Ayers said in an interview in Ron Chepesiuk’s Sixties Radicals.
The one good thing a son of Robert Kennedy did was to have Ayers denied Professor Emeritus status at University of Illinois at Chicago
25 years ago we didn’t have spear chucksers living in Richland, this is progressive diversity at it’s best. Throw their boot lips out of school and send them straight to the welfare office. That’s all they will be able to achieve

I’m glad to hear that the police are investigating this. I would not have been surprised if it were a school-sponsored activity nowadays.
This is legal – unless they are saying prayers while standing on the flag – then they could get expelled from school.
