  3. Yea, I think I would have shot the ass hole the first time he stuck his arm in the cab of my truck. In fact that wasn’t good restraint, it was stupidity. If you walk up on me with a fire arm I’m going to assume you plan on using it. In fact if his wife or family member were the ones filming that he put them in big time danger by not eliminating the threat. I think this is about 8 months old and if I remember right the hot head got his permit yanked. Maybe worse.

    Yea well, they teach you in gun fight 101 that’s how you get killed. While you’re looking over your shoulder pegging the throttle that unhinged lunatic is pumping rounds through your windshield and will probably end up killing your wife. There’s only one way to deal with this. I typed it above.

    That’s the way it works. If you come at me with a gun I’m going to assume you’re going to use it. Never pull your your weapon unless your going to use it. Rule one in staying alive. And the laws totally on my side.

  14. I remember this. They found him and he is in serious felony trouble.

    That was a while ago. Would be nice to hear he’s behind bars now.

    And yes, why he wasn’t shot as he walked up is beyond me. A cop would have emptied his mag on him. We should too.

    My sister said something dumb one time about self defense.

    Using this as a scenario, if Mr Pink shirt had turned his back to him – it wouldn’t be legal to shoot him. Wrong. He’s still a deadly threat and aggressor. This ain’t no slap fight.

  20. Wow, the guy is my age, 63, and he’s still so fucking unwise that he pulls a dumb ass fucking stunt like that. It’s a real tragedy he didn’t get shot dead right then and there. It would’ve saved the tax payers some expense and made the world a marginally better place.
