It wasn’t hacked, it was bought and paid for anonymously, according to our local news sleuths.
Someone created a meme that shows President Trump below it with a laptop and a YUGE smile on his face.
I followed a Facebook ‘fact-check’ on this… and they confirmed as Richard noted that this is false. The billboard was not hacked. It is real, but was paid for and not hacked.
Too bad it wasn’t Wilmington, Delaware though!
