Jihad Watch: Nicholas Young is yet another in a long line of converts to Islam who somehow get the idea that their new religion commands them to commit or aid in the committing of treason and mass murder. Yet authorities have never shown even the smallest degree of interest in this recurring phenomenon.

A former police officer for the D.C. Metro system was found guilty Monday of trying to help the Islamic State, making him the first law enforcement officer nationwide to be convicted in a terrorism case.
Nicholas Young, a 38-year-old Muslim convert from Alexandria, Va., faces up to 60 years in prison. This ought to be interesting. When Mr. Young enters prison, a white former law enforcement officer who will he join up with for protection? The Aryan Brotherhood? Nope, being a Muslim he won’t. The Nation of Islam maybe? Being as how he’s white probably not. Crips or Bloods has a lot of members but I don’t think they accept cops. Damned racist of them if you ask me. Nope, Mr. Youngs best shot is to drop to his knees and profess an abiding love for his fellow man. Real love, that kind that gets you a penicillan shot or ten. Yep, Mr. Young has to ask for accomodation in the special protection wing and hope he gets to spend his term nestled among the ex-bangers, rapists and child molesters.
