WARWICK — A judge found a former Providence schools administrator guilty of simple assault for removing a 15-year-old’s sneaker and sock and massaging the teen’s foot without his consent in a Warwick gym.
District Court Judge Anthony Capraro on Friday found Olayinka Alege, 40, guilty in the April 20, 2021, encounter with the East Greenwich teen at The Edge Fitness Club in Warwick that left the unidentified teenager feeling shaken and violated. more here

Creepiness aside, another example of teachers proclivities as relates to viewing students as equals along the lines of friends.
I have to wonder how many of these “educators”displaying inappropriate behavior w students have kids of their own. I suspect not many and that’s a problem.
I can’t recall one single teacher I wanted to hang out with and I imagine they felt the same about me.
So the kid just sat there while the teacher removed his shoe and sock and started massaging his foot? Don’t parents teach their kids how to resist anymore?
Give me a break! Feet 101, keep your shoes on, I feel violated & a smartass.
It’s called freaking ‘grooming’. You don’t massage any kid’s foot and then try to claim it wasn’t what you thought it was.
