BITTER TRUCE: FOX NEWS’ AILES ‘FURIOUS’ AT NATIONAL REVIEW’S RICH LOWRY FOR FORCING FOX TO CEDE ‘MORAL HIGH GROUND’ TO DONALD TRUMP.
The Fox News Channel’s top executive, Roger Ailes, is “furious” at the National Review’s editor Rich Lowry for using foul language in an attack on GOP frontrunner billionaire Donald Trump on Wednesday evening, Breitbart News has learned.
An individual with knowledge of these matters told Breitbart News that Ailes is “furious” at Lowry for saying on Megyn Kelly’s program The Kelly File on Wednesday that former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina “cut [Trump’s] balls off with the precision of a surgeon, and he knows it, he knows it.”
Ailes is mad at Lowry because this move means, in the ongoing war between Fox News and Trump, Fox News has now “given up the moral high ground.” Essentially, Ailes understands, that means his network looks like the unfair aggressor that Trump has accused it of being—rather than a neutral arbiter of the news—all while Trump continues soaring in the 2016 GOP primary polls. more here

It certainly didn’t take Rich Lowry’s statement for me to understand that Fox is trying to take out Trump. It became quite apparent at the first debate. As far as I’m concerned Fox has joined the ranks of the rest of the MSM.

If you’re reading this story and chuckling about Aisles and Foxnews being pissed off just remember that the two heirs to Rupert Murdoch (a son and daughter) are both committed liberal/left and they’ll be the ones running Fox after Murdoch passes away. So they may not like Trump (I don’t, he’s a loud mouthed blowhard, not the adroit businessman he likes to make himself out to be and based on his previous statements a closet rino) but right now they’re the only member of the MSM that at least questions the left. Personally I think Ted Cruz is America’s best bet.

If this story is true (and I have a hard time believing anonymous sources), Fox has just confirmed that Trump holds as much power as he says he does. In any event, I haven’t watched Fox for a long while.
