Just the News
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Friday gave the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council just 14 days to assign a new prosecutor to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ 2020 Georgia election interference case or the case will be dismissed.
McAfee said he would dismiss the case against all the defendants, which includes President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani, if a new prosecutor was not named or an extension request was granted. More
Not sure why it has taken this long…but perhaps some good news.
The verdict was rendered November 5th, 2024.
PERIOD
GET OUT OF THE WAY OF THE TRUMP TRAIN OR GET TAKEN OUT BY THE CATTLE GUARDS!! THERE ARE NO BRAKES!!
The first obstacle is to find a prosecutor with no dirty laundry. Nobody wants the spot light on them.
The judge should have tossed the case, not just threatened to toss it. Two weeks is plenty of time to find another sub-Saharan DEI attorney to take the case.
Tossed? So will Comey’s. Beauty Queen taint even legal. She should just be deported.
Nobody wants that turd of a case. The grift and the glory are gone, and the risk is high. We are done here, except for running out the clock.
