Gene Simmons Responds To Lifetime Ban From Fox News

DC: Fox News banned Gene Simmons from their network for life after the Kiss frontman visited their Manhattan headquarters on Wednesday, but Simmons says the reports that have resulted from the incident are “highly exaggerated and misleading.”

Simmons responded to the reports in a statement provided to The Daily Caller on Friday in which he downplayed the details of the incident and apologized for any unintentional offense to Fox News and their employees.

“I have appeared frequently over the years on various Fox News and Fox Business programs and have a tremendous amount of respect for the talented women and men who work there. While I believe that what is being reported is highly exaggerated and misleading, I am sincerely sorry that I unintentionally offended members of the Fox team during my visit,” Simmons said in the statement.

  1. I saw his appearance that day and he was great! He was joking around with everyone. And he did a nice job on the weather, I don’t think the Al Roker comment was race related, it was weather related. He is Israeli and kinda right wingy – maybe that is why the leftward moving Fox management was quick to give him the shaft.

  2. Simmons is a Rock Icon, but he’s even more of a Conservative Entrepreneur and a successful one at that. Fox is making a big mistake, conservatives need these famous people whov’e seen the light to be visible !!!

  3. Simmons said favorable things about Trump, so I don’t know why make an excuse to shoo him away. Same with Milo. Need to attack them with every weapon, not sack your friends.
