Georgia manhunt: Reward for escaped prison inmates increased to $90G

FOX: The extensive manhunt for two escaped Georgia inmates who overpowered and killed two prison guards continued into Wednesday as a reward for them was increased to $90,000.

Donnie Russell Rowe, serving life without parole, and Ricky Dubose are still on the run from law enforcement after disarming and killing Sgt. Christopher Monica and Sgt. Curtis Billue at around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said. The two men carjacked a driver of a green vehicle and escaped.  more here

  1. Another argument for the death sentence.

    If these two had been convicted and then decently shot and interred, those two guards they killed would be alive today.

    Each dangerous criminal serving a “life sentence” costs the taxpayer huge money, multiplied over a lifetime, plus unlimited free medical care. Costs are staggering.

    The squeamish Left, who marches in favor of killing fetuses but can’t euthanize Charles Manson, ought to be made to pass the hat to pay for Lifer’s. That would be a reality check.
