In a tense and tragic incident captured on video, a Georgia State Patrol cadet, under the guidance of a seasoned trooper, executed a Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuver on a fleeing Nissan Murano. The suspect, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle, leading to fatal injuries. This event underscores the perilous outcomes of evading law enforcement and neglecting basic safety measures like seatbelt use. More

Don’t run from the cops, and that shit won’t happen.
Wellllll shit… ya gets whut ya axe for!
I just can’t feel bad for someone like this who flaunts the law.
I don’t know how many times i’ve see this happen, but when belted in they’ll walk away just fine, or run!
One down, and MILLIONS to go, thanks to Biden opening our border.
He obituary says she “died suddenly.”
Ya think?
I put on my seatbelt before I put my key in the ignition.
It’s instinct. Didn’t even realize it until this past summer when I was going for a drive in a friend’s 62 Pontiac and couldn’t find the seatbelt.
Not a bad habit in my opinion.
Different Tim: I like airbags, to, including the side. From experience.
…too…
Not sure whats going on behind the camera, but the FD in front doesn’t seem to be in much of a hurry…
The obituary will say she “died stupidly.”
According to comments, the driver had previously served 100 days in jail for fleeing a 91 mph in a 45 zone, 2017. Notice that the back passenger window and rear window are taped plastic.
They could add another full verse to the “Dumb Ways to Die” song for this person.
“According to the Chatham County Police Department (CCPD), around 11 a.m., an officer attempted to pull over an SUV with an expired tag.”
“WSAV News 3 has learned this wasn’t the first time Youmans took off, trying to get away from GSP. In 2017, she went to court, pled guilty and spent 100 days in jail for fleeing. According to GSP, Youmans was going 91 in a 45 on the Truman Parkway.”

” As the community mourns, it’s a poignant moment for reflection on personal responsibility and adherence to safety protocols…” Maybe I’m too jaded in my old age, put I get tired of the “community mourns” crap about a woman who repeatedly ran from the cops and dies from her own negligence and actions.
I won’t admit it, but I got away by turning out my lights in the middle of the night, once upon a time on earth and lived and never scratched the car. That car would go zero to zero on the speedometer, after the upgrades had been completed.
She successfully avoided a ticket.
I knew guys on motorcycles that ran toggle switches to their taillight to black them out at night in the event of encounters with law enforcement.
I used the tactic of pulling over when the lights came on. They would pass me by and go after the runners.
I now have a new tactic I learned with age. I don’t do stupid stuff anymore.
You don’t wear a seat belt when your only chance is to ditch the car and get away on foot.
It’s the process of ditching that makes the difference between getting away on foot or getting away in a hearse!
I prefer the Tactical Intervention Techniques, especially blonde.
What?
She stuck the landing
That’s nothing.
Wait ’til you see how heavy handed they are when they’re told to take your GUNS.
