I’m not an attorney and I don’t play one on TV and I didn’t stay in a Holiday Inn last night, but something that keeps nagging at me is how many people say SCOTUS or any court can’t force a new election because the Constitution says the election is to be held on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
Okay then that should mean states, including mine who have been having early voting for years now, were doing so in violation of the Constitution?
States that allow absentee ballots to come in after election day are in violation of the Constitution?
They can still do a re-vote in certain counties. They did it for Dems, federal and local. But what I understand is, the lawyers want the shady ballots thrown out instead of a re-count. Especially in PA. Especially where you can see the dominion machine results are showing vote counts taken from Trump and given to biden. In other words, a lot of PA votes won’t count thanks to the Dems. They fuck themselves over a lot but by the grace of crooked judges…
But we shall see.
