LAWSUIT: Georgia Sec of State Signed Illegal Deal With Democrats Changing How Ballots Are Processed

National File: As Georgia gets ready to execute one of the most critical elections in recent American history, questions about how election officials are processing at least one segment of the ballots has erupted onto the scene and a potent lawsuit has been filed.

On March 6, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, took it upon himself to quietly sign off on a legal agreement with officials from the Democrat Party of Georgia, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, that would fundamentally alter the way absentee ballots were processed across the State of Georgia.

The attorney handling the legal representation for the Democrat organizations was none other than Marc Elias from Perkins Coie. If the name rings a bell it’s because he is Hillary Clinton’s consigliere. Elias and Perkins Coie have been handling legal wrangling for Democrat election operations across the country. more

  1. Prediction: This will be dismissed. The judge will rule that an “agreement” is not a usurpation of legislative authority as it establishes no law but merely an administrative procedure.

  2. Mark Elias has almost single-handedly reduced a once-revered law firm to a standing joke ranking somewhere above the punchline, “It’s a good start”, when referring to lawyers at the bottom of the ocean. Perkins Coie was founded in 1912 and gained fame and fortune representing Boeing (since 1916). To be a lawyer in Seattle (and the west coast) who worked for PC (funny, that), was to have “arrived”. Now? Well.

  3. Mentioning ‘republican’ about anyone is as meaningful as clucking that someone is an “FBI agent” like it’s supposed to signal being on the right side of the law? Or implying integrity?
    Puhlease!
It’s gotten to the point that one can expect ALL government employees, elected or not, to be diligently working against the interests of citizens because they have been serving another interest and care only for their salaries and pensions.
It’s been so for a long time, and now it is the rule, not the exception.

  4. Organized crime masquerading as a political party.

This is not isolated. They funnel our money through multiple outlets and businesses and bank into their campaigns. That’s why they are so batshit when they lose…it cuts the sigot off for a minute.

They have mistresses, drug dealers and chid sex traffickers to pay. Judges to bribe. Community agitators need bail out.

  5. I don’t think the SoS is the sharpest knife in the drawer… The Democrat Lawyers knew EXACTLY what they were asking him to do. The SoS should have gotten buy off from the State Attorney General before he signed ANYTHING!

NOW he’s got to deal with an unconstitutional “color of law” change he made to the Law. (Which, like every other State in the Union is reserved to the legislature of each State…)
