May Oberlin never cease to suffer for its stupidity. Hail sanity.
Release the money!
Although, with no punitive damages they only have legal costs covered with no award for damages recovery…
…and now, the Gibsons get to pay MORE lawyers to sue Oberlin when they refuse to pay, so more court, more continuances, more money spent to try to collect, while the college spends tax money and tuition to pay THEIR lawyers, so they can keep it up FOREVER.
The process is the punishment.
The Gibsons won’t get anything but bankrupt.
Lawfair is a game Communists play to win.
Just burn Oberlin to the ground. That’s all it’s worth any more.
Cough it up, deadbeats!
the win is if Oberlin ceases to exist……….
I’ve been to this bakery several times. Wonderful people. I think I’ll wear my Gibson’s Bakery t-shirt today to celebrate!
Oberlin was ordered to pay around $3000 per day in interest until they pay the bakery. Maybe Oberlin should lay off 80% of their staff and get down to the basics. They could pay off their bakery tab in one semester. Or better yet, lock the doors. America can afford to lose a university full of communist sympathisers.
Oberlin can afford it now, since Obiden’s SL gift…
Good News.
I love it.
Now they should open up a special food truck Limited Company & only serve people over 65. No Students!
