Ginsburg Gone – IOTW Report

Ginsburg Gone

RIP.

140 Comments on Ginsburg Gone

  1. Time to pi’s off Schumer and get Kammie off the campaign trail.
Forget the rule applied when Obama pick Garland wasn’t given a hearing.
Go full steam ahead with young conservative justice.

    28
  2. The Ginsburg 9,550 unit suffered cartographic failure and the machine finally seized up. Designers say the performance exceeded all expectations. For the machine to carry on for decades after the organic brain had died is unprecedented.

All eyes now tack the Joe 8,730 to see if he can break the Ginsburg 9.550 for longest continuous functioning cyborg with no organic brain.

  3. Glad she got to do what she wanted to do, lived a full life, etc.
Don’t like her at all, but she had her moments. One time or two seemed to rule or dissent in our favor. Well, anyway. Hope she went where she deserved to. Not being mean, I’m just saying it’s God’s decision and I hope she is able to defend her case. 🙂

    She may need a lawyer.

    43
  4. She bet the farm on President Hillary Rodham Clinton and lost her opportunity to get replaced by another Liberal, and now she hands President Trump the best reason to re-elected him imaginable.

    47
  5. I’m anticipating a rabid fight from the dems over the appointment and confirmation of her successor. The dems will be shrieking GARLAND GARLAND GARLAND but they’d be drawing a fatally flawed parallel. Barky was at the end of his SECOND term and so guaranteed to be vacating the White House within a year. President Trump is only halfway through his two terms, so it is perfectly reasonable for him to nominate a Justice at any time.

    35
  6. She is getting the 411 on child sacrifice about now. Someone is telling her to look in her “Welcome to hell gift bag” and find the pamplet called “Welcome to Hell Common Q & A”; first question: Why I am here? see “Abortion”, also see “Same Sex Marriage”.

Ruth, for you the party just stop. For us its going to last for a few months and G-d willing all through next year as Trump appoints your replacement.

    18
  7. Holy Smokes, I’m watching Foxnews( I know) and the praise, the plaudits, I even heard comparisons of her to Winston Churchill, really?

I can see why she was such a hero to the libs, she was as strident as they come.

I don’t mean to be callous, but the timing was fortuitous. She was Jewish but little is known about her faith. Hopefully is with God now.

    12
  8. And the dems didn’t know this was imminent as we all know even Steve Jobs couldn’t survive this 25 years younger. Isn’t this already somewhat in the equation? Explains the total panic and change on riot stance dems have had the last few days. I think this backfires and makes Trump supporters more excited.

    10
  9. Thoughts and prayers to her family.

I didn’t agree with her on her rulings, but I do sympathize with her family.

On a related note, this is why the Supreme Court Justices should NOT get appointed for life. There should be a term limit, regardless if they agree with me, or not.

    16
  10. I hope that President Trump puts up a candidate and that the Senate moves forward. I will predict that the President will nominate someone, but the Senate will go nowhere with it. Less than two months to vet and question a replacement? 0.5% chance.

If the President survives the fraud that the left will propagate on Nov 3, the nomination will move forward. If he doesn’t, and some miracle puts Joe in the office, I really hope Mitch and the gang will finish the process before the regime changes, but the pressure will be unbelievable, and I am not confident that Mitch and Mittens and the rest of the weak kneed gang will follow through

  11. Mark my words; ANY and ALL of these comments will pale in comparison to when we lose one of ours and the liberal Asswipes will lash out…..

Which is what separates us from them.

  12. “Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) announces she will NOT vote to replace RBG on SCOTUS until after Election Day. “Fair is fair,” she says.”

Went straight to Twitter when I saw the news alert.

  13. Murkowski and almost certainly a couple of other “republican” senators will stop any attempt to confirm before the next president is sworn in.

Just one more reason to hate with the white hot heat of a thousand suns the republican party.

    22
  14. @MJA: If any of us make it to heaven, we can’t ask God why so-and-so is here in heaven. If you do, he will say to you: “You’re here for the same reason as so-and-so, and you barely made it.”

“Once there was a wicked witch in the lovely land of Oz
And a wickeder, wickeder, wickeder witch there never, never was
She filled the folks in Munchkin land with terror and with dread
‘Till one fine day from Kansas way a cyclone caught a house
That brought the wicked, wicked witch her doom
As she was flying on her broom
For the house fell on her head and the coroner pronounced her dead
And thru the town the joyous news was spread
Ding-dong, the witch is dead! Which old witch? The wicked witch
Ding-dong, the wicked witch is dead
Wake up, you sleepy head, rub your eyes, get out of bed
Wake up, the wicked witch is dead!
She’s gone where the goblins go below, below, below, yo ho
Let’s open up and sing, and ring the bells out
Ding-dong! the merry-o sing it high, sing it low
Let them know the wicked witch is dead

  17. Okay, kids; let’s not sound like “them”.

Scalia liked her and that says a lot. Politics aside she was a very influential jurist who did rise to the top of her class.

    Rest in Peace, Madam.

Now on with the bloodletting: Emergency session of the Senate; no filibuster, no comment from the left; rail road in a replacement.

  18. This should do wonders for democrat enthusiasm to vote. Expect all dems, high and low to whip this news constantly from now until election day.

I pray her passing doesn’t give the WH to Biden.

  20. …you know, when someone arrests and you have to do CPR, often when you get a good, deep rhythm going, you break a rib or two, especially in the elderly because the bones are more brittle from osteoporosis and all.

Here’s hoping she was still hellishly aware when they broke every rib during her final massage, and were just shoving a jagged, floating sternum forcefully and repeatedly into her black and bile-filled heart…

    4
  21. Didn’t agree with most of her decisions. Detested many of them, but I won’t say or think I’m glad she kicked the bucket. Chalk it up to fear of karma or fear of being judged as I judged. I can admire her tenacious spirit to overcome obstacles to reach her goals. But beyond that — Her failure to use her power to protect the lives of the most innocent will be judged by the top Judge.

  22. A National disgrace to bury that seditious wicked commie bitch in Arlington National Cemetery. Almost every soul in Arlington fought to keep America safe and free. Ginsburg did all she could to destroy America. Throw her worthless hell bound commie ass in the same hole as Ted Kennedy.

    12
  23. One of Justice Ruthie’s bombs:

“It is essential to woman’s equality with man that she be the decisionmaker, that her choice be controlling,” Ginsburg told Senators during her four days of questioning by the Senate Judiciary Committee. “If you impose restraints that impede her choice, you are disadvantaging her because of her sex.”

Consider a situation where a bad or angry person has an opportunity to kill someone and is undecided. One restraint is the possibility of going to prison and/or being executed for the act. Should we remove that restraint because it is disadvantages the person who will be carrying out the murder?

I don’t even see a smidgeon of logic in her statement. Ginsburg had a black heart and no soul. I don’t see much intelligence there other than the evil intelligence of the devil.

    12
  24. Murkowski is a problem. Mitt is a problem. Neither of them is up for reelection this year.

What do Collins, Gardner, Graham, and Tillis think, and what will they do? I can make an educated guess on a couple of them. Will they try to solidify their base by endorsing whoever the President nominates? Or will they try to appease the “moderates”?

Suddenly, this election becomes more interesting

Gorilla and the Terminator aren’t classically associated with Hell, and the gates of Hell are permanently shattered from Christ going down there during his three days to collect the keys from the devil, but other than that, great song, didn’t know it existed even though I like Trace Adkins…

…wonder what the man sho wrote THIS song will think about that contaminated, honorless witch being buried in hallowed Arlington, though…

  27. Honestly after hearing the reaction of some to President Trump going ahead with a nomination before the election, It’s beginning to feel like the second war of independence… a battle to free ourselves from the Far Left Loons in this country! Mr President, please nominate her replacement and let the Far Left expose themselves again for who they truly are!
Mr President “Do not fire till you see the whites of their eyes”.

  28. re: Ruthie’s bomb, that I quoted above.

She wants women to be equal to men via abortion rights. Right off the bat there is no equality and never will be because men do not give birth. Men are not equal to women and women are not equal to men in that regard. Therefore, it does not seem to me to a valid way to further women’s rights and make them equal to men’s by the legalization and state protection of abortion.

  29. Remember when the Lunatics were banging on the Supreme Court’s doors when Justice Brett Kavanaugh was being sworn in? Let’s give these crazy bastards another Justice to pound on the doors about. Don’t wait President Trump, nominate another Conservative to correct the years of abuse that this woman did to our Constitution.

“May the souls of the faithful departed, through the Mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Because I believe God wants all HIS children to live forever with Him, I hope she made any necessary amends with God.”

…you are, of course, absolutely, ethically, morally, and biblically correct. That IS what Jesus would want, and my sins are no better than hers and I’m every bit as worthy of the hell I want for her as SHE is, and the grace of God is the only hope for ANY of us.

…that said, I am NOT God, and I hope she suffers eternally in excruciating agony, and suffers a thousand year’s worth of torment every second and KNOWS she will suffer it anew for EACH and EVERY infant she caused to be shredded in the womb, every baby poisoned by his own mother, every child that was vacuumed out like a cockroach under the ageis of this (hopefully) damned excuse for a woman.

I am human, with human understanding, and a human need for balanced justice.

As such, I hope she feels demons jam sicssors deep into her roasted brain night after night, tear her limbs from her body every hour of eternity, and happily sell her discorperated organs to each other while she watches helplessly, night after night after eternal, sunless night lit only by the ruddy glow of the sulphuric Lake of Fire, although even THAT doesn’t come CLOSE to STARTING to pay the bill for her evil, but that’s just ME talking…

…you’re a better person than me, PJ, and God bless you for it. You probably have more empathy as a cancer survivor yourself, as well as being better centered on the Lord.

But doom my soul as it may, my soul cries out that these evil folks get SOME recompense for the murders of the most innocent, just like Rachel never did…

“In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.”
    Matthew 2:18

…this woman enabled a Slaughter of the Innocent on a scale eve. Herod couldn’t have dreamt of.

Sorry, but I think that some payment is due for that.

    I like it.”

…thanks, but I think it’s pretty feeble, compared to what she DESERVES…

  32. I can’t bring myself to wish her in hell. That is someplace I wouldn’t want anyone to be sent to. I know some will go, but I feel sad when I think about it. She was a vile human being, but even so, I wish she had come to know the Lord before she died (I’m assuming she didn’t based on her actions). I hope President Trump gets a good replacement for her. I can be happy for that, just not for her ending situation.

  33. “RBG has been down here since 2019 (January 21)”

That is what I have always thought, but if that’s true, then every member of the Supreme Court has been complicit in the charade. Which wouldn’t necessarily surprise me. It’s just that I am getting a tad weary of the constant gaslighting that goes on.

Oooh, it just occurred to me that she and Scalia must’ve been having some very interesting conversations. I wonder what Scalia told her about that hunting trip?

    4
  34. You know there are those on the left who are thinking “how dare you?? You survived this long and you die less than two months before we can get Trump out of office?”

I have news for you, it isn’t her fault that she died. I regret that she did die, I do not regret that she tried to stay in power. Now it is our turn to put someone on the Court who will interpret the Constitution as it was written and not as you wantit to be.

    5
  35. All the liberal news stations, including FooxUp, were kissing her ass…
She is still dead, let it go,
It isn’t make any difference if you had morals, she was still great,
Satan may have a welcoming party for her, and a handshake,
She may have dropped on her head as an infant and only one side worked.

    Canto 33
HIS jaws uplifting from their fell repast,
That sinner wip’d them on the hairs o’ th’ head,
Which he behind had mangled, then began:
“Thy will obeying, I call up afresh
Sorrow past cure, which but to think of wrings
My heart, or ere I tell on’t. But if words,
That I may utter, shall prove seed to bear
Fruit of eternal infamy to him,
The traitor whom I gnaw at, thou at once
Shalt see me speak and weep. Who thou mayst be
I know not, nor how here below art come:
But Florentine thou seemest of a truth,
When I do hear thee. Know I was on earth
Count Ugolino, and th’ Archbishop he
Ruggieri. Why I neighbour him so close,
Now list. That through effect of his ill thoughts
In him my trust reposing, I was ta’en
And after murder’d, need is not I tell.
What therefore thou canst not have heard, that is,
How cruel was the murder, shalt thou hear,
And know if he have wrong’d me. A small grate
Within that mew, which for my sake the name
Of famine bears, where others yet must pine,
Already through its opening sev’ral moons
Had shown me, when I slept the evil sleep,
That from the future tore the curtain off.
This one, methought, as master of the sport,
Rode forth to chase the gaunt wolf and his whelps
Unto the mountain, which forbids the sight
Of Lucca to the Pisan. With lean brachs
Inquisitive and keen, before him rang’d
    Lanfranchi with Sismondi and Gualandi.
After short course the father and the sons
Seem’d tir’d and lagging, and methought I saw
The sharp tusks gore their sides. When I awoke
Before the dawn, amid their sleep I heard
My sons (for they were with me) weep and ask
For bread. Right cruel art thou, if no pang
    Thou feel at thinking what my heart foretold;
And if not now, why use thy tears to flow?
Now had they waken’d; and the hour drew near
When they were wont to bring us food; the mind
Of each misgave him through his dream, and I
Heard, at its outlet underneath lock’d up
The’ horrible tower: whence uttering not a word
I look’d upon the visage of my sons.
I wept not: so all stone I felt within.
They wept: and one, my little Anslem, cried:
‘Thou lookest so! Father what ails thee?’ Yet
I shed no tear, nor answer’d all that day
Nor the next night, until another sun
Came out upon the world. When a faint beam
Had to our doleful prison made its way,
And in four countenances I descry’d
The image of my own, on either hand
Through agony I bit, and they who thought
I did it through desire of feeding, rose
O’ th’ sudden, and cried, ‘Father, we should grieve
Far less, if thou wouldst eat of us: thou gav’st
These weeds of miserable flesh we wear,
And do thou strip them off from us again.’
Then, not to make them sadder, I kept down
My spirit in stillness. That day and the next
We all were silent. Ah, obdurate earth!
Why open’dst not upon us? When we came
To the fourth day, then Geddo at my feet
Outstretch’d did fling him, crying, ‘Hast no help
For me, my father!’ There he died, and e’en
Plainly as thou seest me, saw I the three
Fall one by one ‘twixt the fifth day and sixth:
Whence I betook me now grown blind to grope
Over them all, and for three days aloud
Call’d on them who were dead. Then fasting got
The mastery of grief.” Thus having spoke,
Once more upon the wretched skull his teeth
He fasten’d, like a mastiff’s ‘gainst the bone
Firm and unyielding. Oh thou Pisa! shame
Of all the people, who their dwelling make
In that fair region, where th’ Italian voice
Is heard, since that thy neighbours are so slack
To punish, from their deep foundations rise
Capraia and Gorgona, and dam up
The mouth of Arno, that each soul in thee
May perish in the waters! What if fame
Reported that thy castles were betray’d
By Ugolino, yet no right hadst thou
To stretch his children on the rack. For them,
    Brigata, Ugaccione, and the pair
Of gentle ones, of whom my song hath told,
Their tender years, thou modern Thebes! did make
Uncapable of guilt. Onward we pass’d,
Where others skarf’d in rugged folds of ice
Not on their feet were turn’d, but each revers’d.

    There very weeping suffers not to weep;
For at their eyes grief seeking passage finds
    Impediment, and rolling inward turns
For increase of sharp anguish: the first tears
Hang cluster’d, and like crystal vizors show,
Under the socket brimming all the cup.

Now though the cold had from my face dislodg’d
Each feeling, as ‘t were callous, yet me seem’d
Some breath of wind I felt. “Whence cometh this,”
Said I, “my master? Is not here below
All vapour quench’d?”—”‘Thou shalt be speedily,”
He answer’d, “where thine eye shall tell thee whence
The cause descrying of this airy shower.”

Then cried out one in the chill crust who mourn’d:
“O souls so cruel! that the farthest post
Hath been assign’d you, from this face remove
The harden’d veil, that I may vent the grief
Impregnate at my heart, some little space
Ere it congeal again!” I thus replied:
    “Say who thou wast, if thou wouldst have mine aid;
And if I extricate thee not, far down
As to the lowest ice may I descend!”

    “The friar Alberigo,” answered he,
“Am I, who from the evil garden pluck’d
Its fruitage, and am here repaid, the date
    More luscious for my fig.”—”Hah!” I exclaim’d,
“Art thou too dead!”—”How in the world aloft
It fareth with my body,” answer’d he,
“I am right ignorant. Such privilege
Hath Ptolomea, that ofttimes the soul
Drops hither, ere by Atropos divorc’d.
And that thou mayst wipe out more willingly
The glazed tear-drops that o’erlay mine eyes,
Know that the soul, that moment she betrays,
As I did, yields her body to a fiend
Who after moves and governs it at will,
Till all its time be rounded; headlong she
Falls to this cistern. And perchance above
Doth yet appear the body of a ghost,
Who here behind me winters. Him thou know’st,
If thou but newly art arriv’d below.
The years are many that have pass’d away,
Since to this fastness Branca Doria came.”

“Now,” answer’d I, “methinks thou mockest me,
For Branca Doria never yet hath died,
But doth all natural functions of a man,
Eats, drinks, and sleeps, and putteth raiment on.”

He thus: “Not yet unto that upper foss
By th’ evil talons guarded, where the pitch
Tenacious boils, had Michael Zanche reach’d,
When this one left a demon in his stead
In his own body, and of one his kin,
Who with him treachery wrought. But now put forth
Thy hand, and ope mine eyes.” I op’d them not.
Ill manners were best courtesy to him.

Ah Genoese! men perverse in every way,
With every foulness stain’d, why from the earth
Are ye not cancel’d? Such an one of yours
I with Romagna’s darkest spirit found,
As for his doings even now in soul
Is in Cocytus plung’d, and yet doth seem
In body still alive upon the earth.”
    -Dante, “Inferno”, Canto XXXIII

Whatever they put up is always nothing but pretext.

About forty years ago my brother commented on their “it’s for the children” routine. He said: God help the children if they get their way. It may help a few that will be highlighted endlessly, but more will suffer and the best most can hope for is to come out unscathed.

It always works out that way and they never report back on the damage they have caused.

  38. “F*** You Ruth Bader Ginsburg – F*** You for Not Retiring Under Obama!” – Leftists React to RBG’s Death”

Nice. Real nice. And here we’re the ones (well, some of us, anyway) wishing her RIP.

    Stay classy, commies!

    2
  39. JDHasty, you’re right, the left treat children like pawns. If they do survive the womb, their children are brainwashed in public schools to become Antifa-BLM tools.
Great news President Trump has a Supreme nominee so quickly to replace Ginsburg. Just hope the nominee is not another Roberts, Kavanagh or Gorsuch.

    2
  40. she would not resign under obama, because she wanted to be replaced by the first female prezzy, her beloved hillary…oopsies….

…..she tried so very hard to hang on until kamala could take office…..but her batteries ran out…

so sad, so sad…..life is like that….death, also…..

  41. @SNS

I am no better or “gooder” 🙂 than you or any of the commenters here. I totally abhorred what she “accomplished” during her reign of terror of the pre-born. Although I obviously cannot speak for God, I firmly believe God desires even the foulest of sinners turn to Him and ask forgiveness and accept His mercy even at the hour of death.

This is where I suspect that the concept of purgatory comes in. We pay every last farthing until we are purified, because we could not look upon the face of God.

    2
  42. The argument over replacing her should have happened already within the last 4 years. She’s been in the hospital how many times since then? She refused to retire because she wanted a Democrat President to replace her. We’ve been denied our representation in the courts for half a decade because of her partisanship that she exercised over her own health.

When Scalia died, yea, Republicans said nor to nominate anyone. Because they controlled the Senate then as they do now. What did Obama do? He certainly didn’t care about “Scalias’s last wish” or that it was “Scalia’s seat”. There was never going to be someone Scalia-esque to replace him when they murdered him like some Soviet dissident. Or like Breitbart. Which I still believe to this day.

There was no long goodbye for them. They were out in public having a drink and moments later dropped dead. Nothing to see there.

No, Obama set the Merrick Garland sideshow into motion. Sending him around on a fool’s errand to harass Senator’s to listen to him and beg for his supper. Camping him outside of their offices like Cindy Sheehan. The media dutifully harassed Republicsns who wouldn’t meet with him and hold a vote.

If they had 51 votes, they would have nominated someone far worse. Garland was all performance art. They claimed that the Senate not holding a vote “waived their advise and consent” function. That Obama could recess appoint a Supreme Court Justice.

Either way, they’ve all confirmed Robert’s lied about there not being liberal and conservative judges.

    6
  43. I saw a picture of Valerie Jarrett on one of the cable networks’ videos on youtube and it was hilarious!
She did her hair just like Ginsburg’s in the segment talking about Ginsburg.
    These people are idiots.

    4
  44. She swore an oath to uphold the Constitution.
She abused and violated her oath.

She should have been impeached, tried, and convicted of Treason decades ago.
Her carcass should be immolated – what ashes remain thrown into a dumpster – and forgotten.

The World – and her soul – would have been better served if she had never been born.

  45. Hollywood sluts are saying: She changed history.

How do you change history? If the historical facts are correct, you can change it only by lying. This is the realm of tyrants.

One of them called Ginsburg Queen Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I guess that reflects their views about monarchy.

They more they say, the more they reveal themselves as fools, and destructive fools at that.

  46. Justice Ginsburg certainly left her mark on the court and the decisions issued by it. She lived a long and busy life. I don’t know her heart, but I don’t think she recognized the messiah. RIP.

  47. Death bed conversions are very rare, because people die the way they live and live the way they die. She had multiple close calls with death and a change of heart. A lifetime of evil usually won’t wake up at the end and say you know what, I was wrong.
That’s just the way it goes, choose wisely it applies to all of us.
The mercies of the Lord are always there for those that ask for a new heart, but you have to ask, it’s the only time you can while you’re still breathing. No one talks their way out of hell or into heaven.
