Glacier National Park in Montana is removing a number of signs around the park that state that all of its glaciers will be melted by 2020, KPAX reports.
Gina Kurzmen, a spokeswoman for the park, said that since the early 2000s scientists believed that all of the park’s glaciers would be gone by 2020. “The latest research shows shrinking,” she said, “but in ways much more complex than what was predicted.”
The signs around the park will be removed and updated “as budget permits.” More
How dare they!
Funny how the definition – and requirements – of the term “scientists” have changed, isn’t it?
“As budget permits”, I will gladly run them ALL over for free and save US(a) the money.
“The latest research shows shrinking,” she said, what BULLSHIT.
Been there before, amazing place, Going to the Sun Road:

That’s because their computer models used only Mann’s “hockey stick” lie as their temperature data.

.
They could just paint a 1 on them and save money.
Jusayin.
“The latest research shows shrinking,” she said, “but in ways much more complex than what was predicted.”
Yeah, as in “not at all”.
I’ve been to Glacier several times. Big whoop. However, by living in North Dakota the last thing I want to see is snow in the summer….
Come one. I read that a year ago, really.
I suppose that’s better than Florida sinking into the ocean or we’re all going to die in less than 10 years, right Al?
I want one for my wall.
Mother Nature refusing to cooperate with the CC Hoax, again. Ice with a contrary attitude.
Instead of removing the signs just change 2020 to 2040. In 2040 change 2040 to 2080. After a few thousands of years it may eventually come true.
just repaint them … save the ‘2020’
… & put ‘Trump’ above it
They’re going to get rid of them anyway.
Just steal one as a souvenir to show your (g)children about the “fake news” times.
“as budgets permit” – I’ll bet there was little or no concern with the budgets or costs when they were first erected.
Time to remove all the tons of climate propaganda in National Park bookstores, too.
Idiots.
