Big Government:
A global warming research study in Canada has been cancelled because of “unprecedented” thick summer ice.
Naturally, the scientist in charge has blamed it on ‘climate change.’
According to Vice:
The study, entitled BaySys, is a $17-million four-year-long program headed by the University of Manitoba. It was planning to conduct the third leg of its research by sending 40 scientists from five Canadian universities out into the Bay on the Canadian Research Icebreaker CCGS Amundsen to study “contributions of climate change and regulation on the Hudson Bay system.”
But it had to be cancelled because the scientists’ icebreaker was required by the Canadian Coast Guard for a rather more urgent purpose – rescuing fishing boats and supply ships which had got stuck in the “unprecedented ice conditions”. more here
Well there’s another Inconvenient Truth for the Climate Change Cabal.
weather too warm: climate change
weather too cold: climate change
weather stagnating: climate change
ice is melting: climate change
is is not melting: climate change
more storms: climate change
fewer storms: climate change
not enough rain: climate change
too much rain: climate change
my butt hurts: climate change
You would think that after another global warming study expedition got stuck in the ice a year or two back, that these idiots would figure it out. But it looks like they are focused on proving themselves right no matter the facts.
Including this data would be detrimental to reaching their preferred conclusion.
Science.
Why do they waste money on these “research studies”? Why can’t they wait for the damn things to melt? Just askin.’ They are supposed to melt any day now!
Too much ice for the University of Manitoba. Isn;t that near the North Pole?
Uncle Al – you missed one:
Gimme money!: climate change
Never let the cold hard facts kill your dream of a world where everything you do is regulated even your breathing.
Yay. Take their money and spend it on a road or a bridge or something useful
An Inconvenient Freeze.
Did anybody let them know it gets dark at night?
