Glock Wins Biden Loses

Washington Examiner

God didn’t deliver for President Biden who recently begged “the Lord” to help him erase the congressionally-approved immunity that gun makers have from lawsuits.

In a little noticed decision with a major impact on the firearms industry, a federal judge in Arizona has ruled in favor of pistol manufacturer Glock and dismissed a suit brought by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence on behalf of a man accidentally shot and paralyzed. More

  1. Gun makers do not have “immunity from lawsuits”, you can still sue a gun manufacturer if you suffer harm from a defective product. Gun manufacturers are protected from lawsuits that attempt to hold them responsible for misuse of their product, like gang killings, for instance.

  2. A shame politicians can’t be held liable for the damage their laws cause when they’re used for something other than their original intended legal purposes.

  3. Joe: “This is the only outfit that is exempt from being sued. If I get one thing on my list — (if) the Lord came down and said, ‘Joe, you get one of these’ — give me that one.” He added, “Because I tell you what, there would be a come-to-the-Lord moment these folks would have, real quickly.”

Isn’t it funny the Pedo summoned the Lord for this, but couldn’t seem to remember his name for the National Day of Prayer. I am pretty sure God is done with you, Joe.

  5. ^^ “… they still sell opioids??”

if one were to consider opioids as being ‘ammunition,’ they give away the guns/syringes that people use to kill themselves.

  6. …I don’t have a Glock, but my M&P Shield says VERY clearly that it CAN fire with the mag dropped, ON THE PISTOL ITSELF, and I would imagine the Glock does as well.

Plus, I was always taught to NEVER point a gun at something you’re not willing to kill, so there’s that…

  7. Never happened. According to my high school rifle team coach, there’s no such thing as a firearm accident, just negligence. This sure sounds like negligence.
