Gov. Abbott Erects Stunning Signs in Mexico

New American – In 2005, the Mexican government distributed comic-book-style manuals instructing migrants on how to enter and remain in the U.S. illegally. Now, a generation later, new messages are being sent to would-be illegal aliens.

“How much did you pay to have your daughter raped? Many girls are raped by the coyotes you hire,” is one.

“Your wife and daughter will pay for their trip with their bodies,” reads another. “Coyotes lie. “Don’t put your family at risk.” more

  1. Playing the devil’s advocate here.
This is assuming that the illegals can read.
Or that the coyotes will read it to them.

  2. How far into Mexico are these messages being spread?
    South Mexico?
Below the south Mexico border, into Central & South America?

  3. 40 billboards have been strategically placed in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico and along the Texas-Mexico border.

… To reach illegal immigrants coming from all over the world trying to cross into Texas, the billboards are translated into Spanish throughout Central America and Mexico and Arabic, Chinese, and Russian in Northern Mexico and along the Texas-Mexico border.

  4. President Elect Toxic Deplorable… – This is assuming that the illegals can read.

Reminds me of the big, red “STOP” signs they’ve installed on the back of busses that come on when the bus is stopping. I just shake my head and wonder, if some people can’t understand what red brake lights mean, why would anybody think they can read???

It’s not illegal to pass stopped cars. The STOP is because you are not supposed to pass a school bus

  6. Sign? Illegals don’t need no stinking signs! What’s needed are physical barriers that threaten life and limb. The deterrent has to be severe. Word of mouth about the risk would spread quickly among the border runners. That’s more effective and saves money on billboard signs.

Illegals aren’t that concerned about being raped, molested, robed or killed. They would crawl on hot coals to enter The United States…including their children.
