Citizens of the Empire State, I humbly come before you this evening to announce a new law designed to protect you from gunmen armed with automatic assault rifles with those thingies you put the high-capacity bullets into. This new law will help keep our citizens safe from the plague of assault rifles. We do this because we’re Democrats. We care.
But first, I want to admit that, in our haste to protect you, last month we enacted a law that was unrealistic. When we created the law banning those thingies you put the bullets into, we banned all of those thingies from holding more than 7 bullets. To our chagrin,
Well, that settles it then. No self respecting mass murderer would dream of reloading in fewer than 30 seconds. They’ll bring multiple weapons to be in compliance.

WTF!?! It’s not sporting to defend yourself using a semi-automatic weapon against a dangerous criminal? What cracks me up is that these morons use the same logic to determine what the minimum wage should be.
For example: Lets make the minimum wage $15 per hour. Okay, dumb asses, if you can force businesses to pay $15 per hour, why not force them to pay $50 per hour or $100 per hour?
Same thing applies here: Ban reloading before 30 seconds? Why not ban reloading after 10 minutes or even 20 minutes? Or why don’t they just ban reloading permanently?
The answer is simple – the laws are stupid, unenforceable, and only serve to infringe on the safety, security, and financial stability of the law-abiding.
There just isn’t enough rope properly utilized in America, in my opinion.
Youse guys gotta read the hole law, youse guys. It says at the end, page 612, para. 3.6. “When in the process of commiting a crimunal act, a crimunal has a gun with more than five bullets in it while committing da act, he/she,or it, shall be charged with the addcional crime of “havin’ more than five,” which carries an addcional three months hard labor, pumpin’ iron, or jerkin’ off, at the decretion of da judge.”
