I would be shocked…SHOCKED!…to think that any frequenter of IOTW would even THINK of wearing an OP shirt. And to make matters even worse, that looks like a [*shudder*] VELOUR shirt.
Unless it’s the reader in his Larry the Liberal persona.
EDIT add: I think we can safely assume he’s not a Trekkie.

I guess Uncle Al.

Not me.

@joe6pak – Nope. I’ve already come and gone on “guess the reader”
2
Not much to go on. Good catch on the OP shirt; do they still make those?
3
I’m going to guess Sarktuth (is that how he spells it?). I haven’t seen him in ages here, but he lived on the coast, I think.
2
BENITO THE BOMBED BEANER
3
That’s Chevy Chase.
3
“I’ve already come and gone”
Stop with the lesbian talk. LOL

Uncle Al, OP shirts were popular back when the photograph was taken. So was velour, but the shirt’s just regular cotton/polyester.
3
I think this guy tried to sell me a used car….
6
The last one was hilarious…right up until the exchange of
Gunfire…
9
refuse/resist because I am running out of names I remember

Uncle Al, I don’t know if it makes me a “Trekkie” or not, but I did take my son to a couple of Star Trek live shows, one featuring a speech by Gene Roddenberry, the other a talk and Q&A by William Shatner. The kid was big into Star Trek when he was young. He’s in his late forties now.

A watch salesman. (That thing is hilarious.)
2
My guess lisl.
2
does he have anything to do w/ the # 52? … or 53?
3
I didn’t hear gunfire
I heard popcorn
But that’s on a different movie screen.
I don’t have a guess other than the Burr reference.
I wonder by the watch and balcony…
If there is a Boat or Water to hear?
Viewing over the Dock on the Cay?
2
It’s Chevy Chase!
2
Dr.Braille (Phrenolojester)….did your parents have trouble finding you playmates?…
6
Could it be VietVet? Or has he already been ID’d? I’ve lost track.
2
ΜΟΛΩΝ Λ, nope. Jimmy, if I recall the watch was an inexpensive Timex, but with the leather strap replaced by a nice looking gold Speidel watchband that matched it. It was a trick someone taught me at the office. It made people think you were wearing a much more expensive watch than you actually were.
2
ΜΟΛΩΝ Λ, more like 23 divided.

@Not Larry, not liberal:
Uncle Al, I don’t know if it makes me a “Trekkie” or not…
Heh! My comment addendum was because of the red shirt. Whenever there was a red-shirted crewman in the group beaming down, you would know that a little later on in the show Bones would be referring to him when he’d declare, “He’s dead, Jim.”
3
hmmmm … Not Larry … Not Liberal ….
Harry, the Conservative?
btw …. 23 divided by … what?
3
Uncle Al, I get the reference now, but I missed it at first. I guess that shows how much of a Trekkie I am.
ΜΟΛΩΝ Λ, Halved.
1
Vietvet??? I shoulda know. He looks like a punster and a smarty pants. 😀
2
@VietVet
Nice! Sorry this is late. Was at PT. yea…uhm PT.
It’s an honor to be on adjacent screens with you.
Whatever Heavy Metal band the Timex got, it’s has brass in it.
Being the One, Semper Fi, Aim High, And Deep Too.
bRudder G-Force

@MJA: Yep, that’s me. At the very young age of 44, too. Wish I could go back there today.
P.S. – I was hoping someone would figure out my clue: 23, divided (halved).
The 23rd letter of the alphabet is “W”. Divide it in half, you get “V V”.
…Yeah, I know – that’s probably too weird for normal folks.
Well it’s Aaron Burr, obviously.

Looks like he is on the water. Left Coast Dan?
Looks to respectable to be Burr. 🙂
