- Gene Siller, 41, was killed in a shooting at an Atlanta-area country club Saturday
- Siller was identified as the victim by the Georgia State Golf Association
- Police later revealed that they had discovered two bodies in the bed of a pickup truck nearby the scene of the shooting
- One of the bodies was identified as Paul Pierson, the registered owner of the truck
- Siller was a pro golfer, a golfing instructor and director of the club where he was found dead. He leaves behind a wife and two young children
- He reportedly tried to stop the truck from driving onto the golf course before he was shot
- The unidentified gunman is still on the loose as of Sunday evening
Authorities said they found the additional bodies shortly after arriving on the scene of the deadly shooting of golfer Eugene Siller, 41, at the Pinetree Country Club, where he reportedly tried to stop the pickup truck from driving onto the green, and the driver shot him in the head.
The shooter fled the scene, but police said they found two men dead from gunshot wounds in the back of the truck.
One of the bodies was identified as Paul Pierson, the registered owner of the truck, Cobb County police spokeswoman Shenise Barner told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, while the other remained unidentified.
My prayers go up to our Heavenly Father for the families of the victims and that this evil killer will be found and executed on the spot.
My son attended nearby Kennesaw State, so we get robo-alerts on the phone about shootings in the area. The suspect was identified as a Hispanic male in the alert immdiately after the incident. Just passing that along, since the journos won’t.
And yes, we have been alerted to shootings around KSU several times in the last two years. Our son no longer goes to school there.

@LuvntheBIGsites – The “journalists” only care about race if a white male conservative is involved and it can be spun into an anti-gun weapon. Race is never mentioned when one of the MSM’s favorite victim groups does the crime.

See someone doing something wrong like driving on a golf course, don’t say anything, don’t do anything, just mind your own business and leave the scene as quickly and quietly as possible.
I saw a big drug transfer in the parking lot of a local grocery store after leaving church with my family in the car several years ago. I exited the scene, didn’t say or see anything. Called police after getting home who said of course call when in progress, but if you value your life, don’t say anything until you have safely exited the area.
Perpetrators may escape, but you may live another day.
If you meet up with a real criminal, which is increasingly likely, and you confront them, chances of survival are nil.

Both my kids attended nearby KSU. This area is just an overcrowded appendage of Atlanta and it’s associated crime. Now the white flight is reversed and the criminal elements are being forced to the suburbs. Rent in Atlanta is being driven up by the returning whites. The crime is still there but is spreading to the suburbs as well. Apartments springing up like weeds.
