It is clear that many-most-a plurality of them do not have the slightest concept of the enemy, his underlying organization, his mission, his rules of engagement. Unless I am being completely fooled, our leaders negotiate with the moslems as though they were not an implacable, ruthless ideologically convicted enemy in all manner, every manner. The only outcome for the moslems is victory or death, and to them the two are of approximately equal value.
