This presentation on psychopaths mostly focuses on the characteristics of those with this uncaring disorder. Towards the end however, the feature proposes that the psychopaths who have populated our governments are working towards placing us all under centralized control in the form of a “Pathocracy,” if you will.

It seems to me that we have a government full of these people. In the Whitehouse, congress, FBI, DOJ,prosecuting attorneys, Attorneys, mayors, governors. the list is endless.
