He Must Mean He’s Brain-Free, No?

Former president Jimmy Carter announces he’s now cancer free following treatment with newly approved drug after he was diagnosed with brain tumors in August

Carter, 91, told the Sunday school class he teaches at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia, that doctors ‘didn’t find any cancer at all in the brain’ on his latest MRI.

In a message on Twitter, Clinton said that he is sending his ‘thoughts and prayers’ while wishing the Nobel Peace Prize winner ‘a speedy recovery’.

!snip!

Thoughts and prayers??????? Thoughts and prayers????

Now, isn’t that the stupidest thing you’ve ever heard???

  1. I want to puke every single time I hear some progtard like him say, “my thoughts and prayers”…
While there are some honest people that DO actually pray for a person , I simply believe that the majority of people just say it for the sake of sounding empathetic. It’s one of the most overused phrases on the internet.
An honest soul doesn’t have to make a special announcement when they are praying for someone.
