I vaguely remember this song. It’s so stupid and corny.
I like it.

Wow, that’s like before Inagodadivida. How old are you again?
He had a great singing voice.
My memory is shut down for the night, or maybe the week, but I don’t remember hearing that one before.
I do remember good clean fun, and that’s what this song sounds like to me. Safe for kids of any age.
Bless your heart.
Said in the empathy sense as in it’s been a crappy week and maybe you need a hug not the you’re a dumbass sense of the phrase.
Eugenia..
lol
My mother’s favorite is Perry Como.
We heard a lot of Nelson Eddy//Jeannette McDonald growing up. Add Mario Lanza, Nat King Cole, Mahalia Jackson and Tennessee Ernie Ford. Strange mix.
Ah. The Perry Como Show. The barber jokes.
He lived in Jupiter, FL, and is buried Tequesta. Like Burt Reynolds and the late Jackie Gleason, he’s a favorite son.
Ah, the good old days; singers could sing; songs were fun; heck, might even lead to dancing!
‘Magic Moments’ still one of my favorites. And ‘No Other Love.’ I’m sure you can hear either on YouTube.
I have been collecting for the last 35 years. You would be amazed at how much better music used to be before hippies and lefties tore everything up…just like everything else they’ve touched.
Remember Julius LaRosa vs. Arthur Godfrey?
Where did Mississip pi? Wait, that ain’t right. My Mom loved him too and has an autographed photo from the 40’s I think.
So it’s a darned good thing that there aren’t two ee’s at the end of Mississippi.
Of course your going to hear Perry Como if you listen to the
heavy metal stations.
His family name comes from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Como
“And I Love You So”

I also meant to agree with Mr. Mxyzptlk about singers actually singing and not ranting about their effed up political leanings all the time or worse, SJW themes in their songs.
Every time we’re watching an old movie or TV show and a corny, awful song like this starts up I turn and look at Mrs. Curtain and say, “Just waitin’ for The Beatles… just waitin’ ’til The Beatles get here.”
Some Children See Him… an Alfred Burt carol…One of my favorite Perry Como songs, next to the Tennessee Ernie Ford rendition.
