Hold Everything – Federal Judge Wants To See Pagliano’s DOJ Immunity Agreement

Clinton’s hushing of her IT guy, Bryan Pagliano, is not a done deal. The federal judge, Emmet Sullivan, overseeing the Pagliano deposition with Judicial Watch, has postponed the interview so the judge can review whether there is legal standing for invoking the 5th amendment or not.

Miss “Transparency” might be horrified to know she might be getting a little more transparent, so transparent she will end up indicted.

  1. Brian, if you talk then you must do the following: Avoid Eye contact with shillary, do not go any where with her, especially near any parks, don’t let bill take you anywhere either, even if he promises young hotties. Also, it might be best if you begin to self identify yourself as a woman of color. That way, the press will be on your side should anything happen to you.

  2. Help me out here. There’s something I don’t understand. Usually when someone is granted immunity from prosecution it is specifically so that he will not be allowed to use the 5th Amendment protection from self-incrimination to avoid being compelled to testify. It looks like in BP’s case, he’s trying to use the 5th A to avoid being deposed.

What gives? All I can figure is that given the judge’s order, his immunity is partial, the limitations are not known to the judge (much less the public), and that the subjects where BP does NOT have protection are the areas where he’s facing compelled deposition? Is that it? Or am I missing something?

  3. That is it in a nutshell, Al. That’s how I interpret this judge’s postponement.
    My guess:
The judge wants to see if the 5th amendment is being used to not incriminate Hillary.
    That’s not a 5th amendment protection.

The judge wants to see what the DOJ’s deal looks like and why.
There are questions Judicial Watch can ask where Pagliano would not be able to invoke the 5th amendment because his answer wouldn’t incriminate him, it would incriminate Hillary.

The judge must know the DOJ deal in order to rule whether Pagliano gets to invoke that right on each and every question.

It looks like this federal judge is doing his job. That’s encouraging.

  4. Past is prologue.
8 years ago, around this time it was starting to look suspiciously like Hillary might not be the candidate. The RNC was not prepared for a campaign against Soetoro, and fell on it’s face.
It appears that the current strategy will possibly bring us all the way to August before we know who we are running against.

  5. A deal with the DOJ is a deal with an unholy partisan agency.
Their function is to conceal evidence of wrongdoing, error, incompetence or other illegal and embarrassing information about the Obama administration.
I feel certain the deal was to protect hillary, particularly since hillary’s foundation is footing the lawyer’s bill for pagliano.
I too wish to know the favorable “deal” DOJ cut with pagliano.
