Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1190, theProtecting Seniors’ Access to Medicare Act of 2015, which was introduced by Rep. Phil Roe (R-TN).
This bill repeals ObamaCare’s “death panel” – the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) – a panel of 15 unelected government bureaucrats who have the power to cut Medicare’s payments for treatments without Congress’s approval.
Too little too late for Cryin’ John Bend-over Boehner. When he could have defunded it by taking a stand on CR-Omnibus, he folded like the Cubbies in September.
