DailyCaller- One cannot help but experience a bit of schadenfreude what with major parts of England being destroyed all around the country, over and over again. One thinks automatically, that every time it happens there, it doesn’t happen here.
I wonder, though, if there is a reason why it keeps happening over there, and not here with quite so much frequency. What if one of the tourists walking along the Westminster Bridge, just one person, had a gun, or on the London Bridge, or at the concern in Manchester, (just to name a very few recent terrorist attacks), what a difference it would have made.
Could it be that the Islamic terrorists refrain from trying to blow us up on a weekly basis over here do so because we can arm ourselves? Because we can fight back? And the Englishman cannot?

I’m reading this and it sounds exactly like California. Except for all the “We will not comply” stickers on every road sign.

The ‘problem’ with people carrying is that not much note is taken when a mass murder fails to happen because a bystander put a stop to it. But that takes some actual thought to appreciate.
A great example is the ‘Draw Muhammed’ contest in Texas, when two jihadists bent on murdering as many as possible were stopped without a life taken – apart from theirs of course.

Every time I see these attacks in England I think about the fact that none of them are armed. The reports even made it a point to say the police were armed.
I takes all questions about why we don’t have these attacks every other week here in the US.

And with a lot of states having concealed carry without permits now, they don’t know how many in the area are armed.
