  2. Democrat lawmakers and their eco constituents need a real sanity check. They don’t mind our city streets, parks and playgrounds littered with tons of disease- and drug-tainted, plastic syringes but go loopdy-loop over straws. How many plastic straws do you see littering the ground? I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a straw not in a garbage can.
