  1. 14,000 syringes/needles! Ya think that could account for the “homelessness”?
Oh! and I am glad that I am NOT a taxpayer in California.

  2. It was getting so bad in my old LA neighborhood that I could no longer let my kids walk to Subway or In-and-Out Burger, even though those establishments were just down the street and around the corner. Once you turned the corner, you just never knew what you’d find. And some of the homeless hanging out down there were obviously severely mentally ill and/or incredibly aggressive panhandlers.

  3. Giving the “homeless” homes does not solve the “homeless” problem. They will still be on the streets every day and night, panhandling, doing and dealing drugs, assaulting, raping, murdering, thieving, trespassing, paying for prostitutes and/or prostituting themselves, exposing themselves, pissing and defecating wherever, drinking themselves into a stupor, etc. Its what they do.

If you crack down on criminal “homeless” behavior, you solve the “homeless” problem, at least in your area. They then become the problem of enablers somewhere else.

  4. The homeless problem really exploded during the Obama years, when the lie was propegated that 8o% of americans were just one paycheck away from being homeless. This lie then pulled at the heartstrings of the bleeding heart enablers, and so homelessness (and all the antisocial behavior that goes with it) was tolerated and spread like wildfire.

  5. We have the same problem here in Seattle, one homeless camp they cleaned out called the jungle had 300 tons of garbage and thousand of needles. There were several murders, child prostitution and rapes you name it they were doing it.
It was so dangerous that the EMT’s and Firemen would not go in with out the police at their side.
They had dug caves under I5 that had to be shored up so the freeway would not collapse. The cost to get rid of that kind of garbage is very high as it is Has/Mat material not just regular garbage. And more are coming here every day because of all of the free stuff we give them. Thanks progs.

  6. After that was cleaned up, it should have been trucked up to the governors mansion in Sacramento and dumped on the front lawn. With a sign that said “How do you like it, Jerry? And signed your homeless constituents in Los Angeles!
