The various overseas services that will take a bet on U.S. politics are quote odds for the 202o presidential election. Most are giving Donald Trump 7/4 odds he’ll serve a second term (bet 4 you win 11 Euros). Next closest is Bernie Sanders who’s getting 10 or 12 to 1 odds (bet 1 Euro and if he actually wins you receive 10 or 12 Euros back).

I remember saying Jerry Glanville saying something like there’d have to be a plane crashed followed by a bus crash on top of a train crash then he’d let rookie Brett Favre play. Same goes with all of these possible candidates who might try to take on Trump in two years.

I would love to take some counter-action on some of those long bets. Kamala Harris? Guaranteed fail. So many of those. Frankly if a Dem were to give Trump any real action in 2020 it would be for two reasons: Trump failure to follow through on his promises; and a Dem with a new path. Not one of these.
