So I have some news out of the Golden Shower State. Heard it on the radio on the way home. FEMA is not paying for the repairs on Oroville damn. That means all you bastids are off the hook. Turns out FEMA does not pay for stuff that was in disrepair and not being maintained. Who’s responsible for maintaining Northern California’s Oroville damn? Several SoCal water districts. Justice HAS been served.
