Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump‘s sweeping coastal estate in Palm Beach, Florida, has 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms and sits on 17 acres of land. A judge at the former president’s ongoing tax fraud trial has said the property is worth around $18 million.
Less than a mile away, one of Trump’s neighbors on the sun-soaked strip dubbed ‘billionaire’s row’ recently sold their comparatively modest home at 845 S County Road. The mansion has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and sits on a two-acre lot.
The property changed hands on May 22 for $63,431,750 – more than triple Mar-a-Lago’s supposed price tag.

Amazing that these judges get to just make stuff up.
Yeah, but to a leftist judge the very fact that the property is owned by Donald Trump takes three-quarters of its value away. I mean a future buyer might be exposed to some capitalist vibe that still echoes on the grounds or be haunted by the desire to improve themselves outside the clutches of the state. I shudder at the leftist perceived damage that the estate has already undergone being privately owned and not deeded to the state to care for on behalf of the “people.”
I know it’s a great deal to ask but, as a tax paying citizen, it would be refreshing to encounter a public official that follows the Constitution and honors their oath. Today we have individuals who insert their own agendas / beliefs into the performance of their duties. It’s obvious this “judge” is a biased leftist. We already know the outcome. The entire left is deathly afraid of Trump and they’re all conspiring to try and make it impossible for him to run again. If they succeed it will be over. If they don’t, many of them will have hell to pay.

I assume Florida, like most places I’ve lived, has property taxes based on the assessed value of the property. So what is the value of Mar-a-Lago according to the tax assessor?
