  2. @Burner, not surprising since Icelandic horses, once exported, cannot return. Tack brought in has to be new and unused or sanitized. The horses there have no natural immunity to equine diseases so something that might just sicken a horse here, might kill a horse there.

    So, there’s your useless trivia of the day! 😁

    Icelandic horses are so cute! My son and his wife have four of them.

    I wonder how inbred some Icelandic people are!

  3. I was there 20 years ago. It’s pretty neat.
    The group I was with was planning on going to one of the hot spring heated pools to try it. Then I read that people come from all over the world to soak in the springs, many thinking it will help their skin ailments. That changed our minds!
