Believe I’ll listen to the whole album tomorrow morning.

Now get a Polka band to play Kashmir and see if anyone can tell what it is!!

I’d meet with friends after the high school football games at our local Pizza Hut in 1972. A jumbo pepperoni pizza was two bucks back then. I’d always play Zeppelin’s Black Dog on the juke box. Good times!

Thank You, Heartbreaker and Bring it on home are the only ones I like. They would sound even better if they were being sung by Marty Robbins or Buck Owens.

This just confirms how special and unique Zeppelin was/is! Their sound is unique and I don’t know, truly classic. I don’t know how to describe it right now, but I will say that the world of music would have been tragically deprived had Palmer, Plant and crew been born 10 or so years earlier!!!

I don’t know, I think the hippie with the mustache might be a commie.
^^^ Be sure to stick around for the guitar solo. 😂

What would be impossible would be to take a popular country album from the 50s and do that Led Zeppelin style, though I’m sure AI would give it its best try.

I liked these versions better than the originals.

Here’s a guaranteed chart buster:
“Lizzo does Led Zeplin”
Pandora or Pornhub… you be the judge.

@Dr Hambone … I played high school football in ’72 … and Black Dog had the same effect on me. Here’s bits of a parody of Black Dog called “If Black Dog Had Been about an Actual Black Dog.”
Hey Good Dog. You’re a Good Dog. Such a good dog
Do you want some Doggie Chow!?
Hey Good Dog. You’re a Good Dog. Such a Good Dog
Move out for that Frisbee now!
Ben so long since I found out
Source of brown crust on your snout
Fined me money, ’cause you barked
Started sniffing ladies at the park
I don’t know, though she be plump
Big woman’s leg ought not to hump

Check out Hayseed Dixie if you want to hear a creative take on AC/DC. They do a creative take on Punk Floyd too.

Kiss Dynasty, if it was recorded in country style

Don’t forget Zed Lepellin, a Canadian MP during the 1950’s.
Give Dread Zeppelin a listen.
Zeppelin in Reggae style with an Elvis impersonator on vocals.
I recommend their first 2 releases.
Un-Led-Ed and 6,000,000.
Reminds me of the guys who made ‘elevator music’ out of Rolling Stones songs.
If Fred Flinstone did vocals for Led Zepellin, they’d have named the band Fred Zepellin
Way down inside …
WILMA-A-A-A-A!!
You need .. LO-O-O-OVE!
Now do Black Sabbath if they were a folk band.
If Puddles Pity Party was the singer and If Led Zeppelin wrote the theme to song for Gilligan’s Island.
