I might be sluggish, but just a perusal of the news looks to me like there are black people shooting cops all over the country.
I haven’t heard any word from the FBI that they’ve found any connection between any of these shootings. They seem to be random, as far as they know. And I have full faith in the FBI.
But just to help them out, perhaps there is a coalition of like-minded individuals out there that have a group that can be investigated, infiltrated, so that these shootings can be thwarted before they happen?

I know the FBI just freed up some time after a long and exhaustive dead end where a suspect did everything wrong but they couldn’t nail her because of that confounded “intent” clause.
Perhaps these like-minded individuals have intent.
