Inside Baseball- The Making of a Post

There is a ‘Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?” meme floating around the internet with John Podesta being asked a question about cloth handkerchiefs, and all of the answers were tough political barbs, like-

A: They are used to wipe servers.

B: Spirit cooking cleanup.

You get the idea.

For some reason I wanted to do one with Chris Cuomo. I mean, just look at that dumb face. It looks like he’s expending undo energy on autonomous human activity.

I didn’t know what direction to go.

I was going to name a great Trump accomplishment and ask which president accomplished it.

A: Hillary Clinton

B: Mario Cuomo

C: Donald Trump

D: Al Gore

The other alternative was to post a really dumb Chris Cuomo quote and ask which CNN anchor said it.

For a chance at a million dollars he’d have to say he was the idiot.

So, which quote would it be?

I decided on his famous tweet where he said hate speech is excluded from 1st amendment protection.

And this is where it got good.

Researching the tweet I noticed that the idiot tried to worm out of the idiotic statement by saying he was relying on Chaplinsky. Not familiar with this, I looked it up. It’s very interesting, and it makes Cuomo an even BIGGER IDIOT.

Here’s VOX explaining Chaplinsky-

Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire

…a Jehovah’s Witness named Walter Chaplinsky was arrested for calling a city marshal a “God-damned racketeer” and a “damned fascist,” and saying that “the whole government of Rochester are fascists or agents of fascists.” The Supreme Court said Chaplinsky’s arrest and prosecution were constitutional, because his statements to the marshal were “fighting words” that weren’t protected by the First Amendment.

Hold on a second.

The Supreme Court has ruled that calling someone a fascist isn’t protected by the 1st amendment and they are considered fighting words???????????

I’m not saying that people could be, or should be, arrested for calling someone a fascist, but I find it particularly entertaining that this moron would cite Chaplinsky, which specifically is about calling someone a fascist, to bolster his idiotic 1st amendment claims. The left-wing darlings of the moment are a group called antifa. They call Trump a fascist every waking moment of the day, and Chris Cuomo, and every other left-wing douche canoe, loves it.

  1. @BFH – Note that the decision by SCOTUS was based on the New Hampshire law, so for this to be applicable anywhere else, that state or jurisdiction would have to have a law criminalizing “fighting words” that is substantially the same as New Hampshire’s.

That said, this is a very, very interesting decision as it applies to today’s antifa terrorists and others who routinely bandy about the claim that somebody or other is a fascist.

  2. Understood, but that makes Cuomo an even BIGGGGGGER idiot than the previous incarnation because he was saying, in effect, my argument is solid if we all happened to live in New Hampshire.

  3. How about this meme question:
“In Hillary Clinton’s new memoir, she laments not calling this “creep” out.
    Who was she referring to?”

    A) Bill Clinton
    B) Ted Kennedy
    C) Anthony Weiner
    D) Donald Trump

*Alternatively you could use Bill Deblasio, Chuck Schumer, Robert Byrd, Barack Hussein Obama, James Comey, Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emanuel, Loretta Lynch, Stedman Graham, etc…
